Number One Janet Schlarbaum Critical Success Factor By Shawn Lim.

Do you want to be successful? What do you mean by successful? For some people, being successful simply means having more friends. While for some people, being successful means having great amount of wealth. No matter what definition you give, there is one critical success factor that will determine your success.

In everything you do, without this success factor, you will never achieve what you want. It is the main source of motivation that will keep you going on. Even with great obstacles, if you have this critical success factor, you will overcome everything that lies in front of you, you will do whatever it takes to achieve it.

So do you want to find out this factor? It is this; you must put in 100% responsibility for everything you do. No matter who you are in the world today, you must put in 100% responsible in your life. When you fail to achieve something, you need to be responsible for it. It is because of you, that you fail to achieve it.

When you put in 100% responsibility, you will have the power of control, you will have the power to change, and therefore, you will be able to achieve much more. Just like if you fail to score an A in your exam, who will you blame? Are you going to blame your lecturer for not teaching you with the right material? Or are you going to blame the one who sets up the question because it is just too tough?

You know that if you blame all the external things outside your control, you will never have the power to change it. However, if you take the responsibility and tell yourself that it is because you are not putting serious effort in your study and you promise yourself that you will improve and learn from this experience, do you think you will improve?

Of course you will, this is why you need to take 100% responsibility in everything you do. If you are not taking the responsibility, instead, you put the responsibility on other external factor; you will lose the power to control the situation. When this happened, you will never have the control power to change the situation. So learn to take 100% responsibility in your journey to success.

This is the number one critical success factor that you must take charge of if you want to improve the quality of your life. All else is insignificant if you do not possess this key to success.
